Dustin Mikkelson

Project Solutions Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, Dustin has a wide range of knowledge spanning from early design development to building turnover. Focused on quality, Dustin uses his expertise to help ensure that our projects are turned over with a high standard by developing processes, training, implementation, and quality initiatives across all aspects of GenCap. Dustin started his career as an architectural drafter and moved into virtual design and construction as a VDC Manager. In addition, he has market experience in sports arenas, hospitals, wastewater, data centers, education, and hospitality.

In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and experimenting with new technology.
