Affordable Multi-Family Housing
The Generations Place project is new construction of 14 units of family housing in Langley on Whidbey Island. The project will target multigeneration households at 60%-80% of area median income. There will be a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The apartments are arranged around courtyards in three separate two story, wood frame buildings. Exterior sitework will be included.
