Community Boathouse & Recreation Space
Construction of the Rhododendron Park Kenmore Boathouse as a civic partnership with the City of Kenmore. The 2,800 SF prefabricated steel structure built on a concrete slab is home to four of Northshore School District's high school crew teams and the Kenmore Rowing Club and will also be used for learn-to-row programs and summer youth rowing camps.
