Sparking Connections
The Spark is a two-building, 211-unit mixed-use housing development with 14,000 SF of commercial space in the heart of the Redmond Core. It is designed to mimic the natural environment and will feature a rooftop solar system and a car-sharing partnership to help offset the building’s carbon footprint. This community will be split into two buildings, connected by a sky bridge, totaling 260,198 GSF will and is expected to be completed in 2024.
